Terms of Use

Use of MSPGrade means the visitor agrees to these Terms of Use and any applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

MSPGrade provides business directories, authenticated reviews, provider ratings, mystery-shopping assessments, and educational and comparison information.

MSPGrade is not an MSP, MSSP, law firm, accounting firm, cybersecurity auditor, insurance broker, or regulatory authority.

Directory inclusion does not constitute certification, endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation. Ratings and reviews reflect authenticated experiences and editorial assessments available at the time of publication.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging a provider.

Reviews may only be submitted by authorized representatives of legitimate businesses that interacted with the provider, or by authorized MSPGrade mystery shoppers.

The following are prohibited:

• Anonymous public reviews
• Owner or employee self-reviews
• Family or friend reviews submitted to manipulate ratings
• Competitor reviews
• Paid reviews
• Incentivized reviews
• Fabricated reviews
• Duplicate reviews of the same experience
• Reviews submitted through false identities

Reviewers must submit truthful information. MSPGrade may request supporting evidence and verify identities, business relationships, dates, and claims. Evidence may be retained securely for moderation, compliance, dispute handling, and platform integrity.

MSPGrade reserves the right to approve, reject, edit for grammar or privacy, request clarification, remove personal information, temporarily withhold, investigate, correct, decline to publish, or remove a previously published review.

MSPGrade will not materially change the reviewer's meaning without authorization.

MSPGrade prohibits content that is knowingly false, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, unrelated, promotional spam, confidential, in violation of privacy or intellectual property rights, based on impersonation, or part of coordinated review manipulation.

MSPs and MSSPs do not have a public right of reply beneath reviews. Providers may privately submit factual concerns for investigation.

Disagreement with an opinion, category score, or overall rating does not automatically require correction or removal.

MSPGrade may investigate concerns involving incorrect provider identity, reviewer authenticity, duplicate submissions, conflicts of interest, personal information, fabricated events, or material factual inaccuracies. MSPGrade may request evidence from any involved party.

• Every review is scored out of 100.
• Every category is scored out of 10.
• Provider ratings are calculated from published authenticated reviews.
• Scores may change as new reviews are added or existing reviews are removed.
• Review volume does not directly increase a provider's score.
• Paid services do not increase scores.

MSPGrade may conduct mystery-shopping exercises using realistic business scenarios. Mystery shoppers will not attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent an active emergency, bypass security, obtain confidential information, interfere with systems, or consume unreasonable provider resources.

Provider information may come from public sources, provider submissions, business registries, provider websites, reviewers, and independent research. Providers may request correction of objectively inaccurate directory information.

MSPGrade may offer paid listings, advertising, sponsorships, or enhanced profile features. All paid placements are clearly labelled. Payment does not affect ratings, review moderation, mystery-shop results, editorial conclusions, or organic review content.

The MSPGrade name, logo, scoring system presentation, website content, review compilation, directory structure, graphics, and platform materials are protected intellectual property.

Reviewers retain rights to their original submissions but grant MSPGrade permission to publish, edit for moderation, display, reproduce, distribute, and archive the review.

Please refer to the separate Privacy Policy. Personal and supporting information may be collected for authentication, moderation, communications, security, and legal compliance.

Account holders must maintain account security, provide truthful registration information, and accept that MSPGrade may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

• Automated review submission
• Review manipulation
• Impersonation
• Security attacks
• Unauthorized data harvesting
• Interference with platform operations
• Republishing large portions of the directory without permission

MSPGrade Top 10 awards recognize providers with strong results in authenticated business reviews during a specific award cycle.

• Awards are based on the methodology and information available during the relevant award cycle.
• Awards are not certifications, regulatory approvals, or guarantees of future performance.
• Awards apply only to the stated year, category, and geographic scope.
• Award eligibility requirements may change between award cycles.
• Providers cannot purchase an award or an improved ranking.
• Paid listings, sponsorships, and advertising do not influence award decisions.
• MSPGrade may correct or withdraw an award affected by fraud, manipulation, classification errors, or material data errors.
• Providers may not alter an award badge or misrepresent their rank, year, or geographic scope.
• MSPGrade does not guarantee that every eligible provider has been reviewed or listed.
• Receiving an award does not guarantee future service quality.
• Providers may not publicly respond to award decisions. Legitimate factual concerns may be privately investigated.

MSPGrade is not responsible for third-party websites, provider websites, services, or external content linked from the platform.

MSPGrade provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MSPGrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. This section is drafted for later legal review.

Users agree to indemnify and hold MSPGrade harmless from claims arising out of their misuse of the platform or submission of unlawful content, subject to reasonable defence and cooperation.

MSPGrade may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date shown at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Province or state], [Country], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Court jurisdiction].
